With a stunning start and finish line in front of the Royal Palace, right beside the iconic Mekong River, this annual race provides a spectacular route through Phnom Penh’s historic streets, free from the usual traffic congestion. A Race with a Purpose

This year’s event marks the celebration of Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk’s Birthday, the 124th Olympic Day, and World Environment Day. 

Runners will also be supporting Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospitals and promoting a greener, more sustainable city.

Scenic & Historic Course

The racecourse is a flat, AIMS-certified route that takes participants along the Phnom Penh riverside and past historical landmarks, with parts of the Royal Palace reserved exclusively for runners. Although local authorities will manage roadways and intersections, participants are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings while enjoying the energetic morning atmosphere of the city. The race finishes at Preah Thineang Dheva Vinnichay (Throne Hall), providing a memorable ending at one of Phnom Penh’s most significant landmarks.

What’s Included

All registered runners will receive a finisher medal, event T-shirt, finisher’s T-shirt, goodie bag, and an e-certificate. The event also provides a single-use timing chip, professional photo and video services, pacers, access to an expo, massage services, and parking facilities. Additional perks include a shuttle service to the starting line, drink and nutrition stations along the route, medical assistance, baggage drop, and toilet facilities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable race experience.
