Cambodian Premier League Heats Up: Svay Rieng Ends Crown’s Winning Streak

The home crowd of 3,850 fans erupted in cheers as their team handed Crown their first loss of the season. “Our players stuck to the game plan, capitalizing on opportunities and maintaining high energy throughout the match,” said Pep Muñoz, Head Coach of Svay Rieng FC, in a post-game interview.
With this victory, Svay Rieng FC has closed the gap at the top of the table, sitting just one point behind Phnom Penh Crown. The defending champions are proving once again why they remain one of the most consistent and formidable teams in the league.

ISI Dangkor Senchey FC shocked Visakha FC with a 4-2 win, while NagaWorld FC edged out Life FC 2-1 in Sihanoukville. Kirivong Soksenchey FC earned their first win of the season with a commanding 4-1 victory over the Ministry of Interior Football Boeung Ket FC.
